RETURN
Door Home customers have the right to return or exchange any products within 30 days of delivery. If you wish to return your order, please contact info@doorhome.fi. See below for more detailed instructions and return conditions. We will contact you within 1-3 business days.
The customer has the right to return an item if:

The order has been canceled in accordance with the terms by notifying Door Home within 30 days of delivery.
- The item has not been in used.
- The customer is responsible for the item until it has arrived at the store.

The item is in the same condition as received by the customer, and all parts of the product as well as the original product packaging and user manual are included in the return shipment.
Please note that the right to return products does not apply to:
- Custom-made products ordered from the manufacturer according to the customer's specifications
- Products that require assembly or installation
When we have processed your return, you will receive the refund confirmation to your e-mail. The amount is repaid within 14 days.
